Creating the Pest Office.

Morphic Resonance

Pest are currently taking part in Morphic Resonance (click here for more info about the project).

Our contribution to the exhibition will be the Pest Office - a beautiful 1970's inspired, scratchy carpet clad, portacabin-like space complete with receptionist.  The office will act as an archive of our research so far and a hub for our latest activities, as we research the 3rd and final issue of Pest Publications, which will explore the motivations and realities of artist-initiated projects in 'social' spaces.  Throughout May, we will be visiting artist groups throughout the UK and Budapest and sending reports and documentation back to the Pest office.  Visitors to the office will also be able to suggest other projects and groups for us to visit.
